Financial Policy

Patient Billing

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards for payment. We also offer “Care Credit”, a separate line of credit for health care needs. You can apply online at www.carecredit.com or call toll free 800-859-9975. We offer a $50 discount on all treatment paid for in full by cash or check on or before the date of treatment. For patients with insurance, we are committed to making certain that you receive maximum benefits to which you are entitled.  Claims are submitted once your treatment has been completed. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Please contact our office should your claim not be paid within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
